Better is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By downloading or using the app you agree to its terms.

Scope of the license

The license lets you install and run Better on any Apple-branded device you own or control. It is non-transferable, does not include the source code, and does not grant you any other intellectual-property rights in the app.

No warranty

Better is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own discretion.

Apple’s role

Apple is the licensor of the EULA on Better’s behalf. Apple isn’t responsible for maintenance, support, refund processing, or product-liability claims — those sit with Better, except where applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.

Geography and export

You agree not to use or export Better in violation of US or local export laws, and not to use it in any country subject to a US embargo.
