You choose a program — strength, sobriety, sleep, focus, food, a long-form fitness challenge, or one you build yourself — and Better keeps the score honestly. Daily progress, weight, body measurements, progress photos, Apple Health sync, and lock-screen and home-screen widgets that keep your protocol visible without nagging you.
